Let's Fly Away with a Springtime Aviator

This Spring I'm twisting my Aviator cocktail with spring flavors and notes. This cocktail is here for the green grass and the outdoor cocktail party. The pop of lavender gives it an earthy refresh while the lime juice keeps it tart.

Gin

Lime Juice

Luxardo Liquor

Simple Syrup

Lavender

Garnish: Lavender Sprig

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, muddle lavender and simple syrup. Add ice then add the lime juice, Luxardo liqueur, and gin. Shake until cold. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a lavender sprig.
