I got Mojito Problems

A white rum mojito was calling my name last week. I'm not usually a rum person but I had to try this out! Nothing like some mint to make a drink!

Classic Mojito

2 oz White Rum

1 1/2 oz Lime Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Four Mint Leaves

Garnish: Mint Leaves or Sprig

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves and simple syrup. If you really want to step it up, smack the mint leaves on your elbow before you put it in the shaker to get the oil out. Add ice to the cocktail shaker then white rum and lime juice. Shake for about fifteen seconds. Pour into a highball glass with ice. Garnish with mint leaves. If you want to lighten up the cocktail, add some sparkling water.
