Let's have some Marshmallow Moonshine and forget the week, shall we? This super sweet cocktail is a perfect pick me up for any day but especially on a rainy Friday. Here's to some caffeine with a little moonshine.

Moonshine Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Marshmallow Moonshine

1 oz Lime Juice

Top or Fill with Mexican Coke

Garnish: Maraschino Cherries

Recipe: In a highball glass with ice, pour moonshine and lime juice. Stir and top with coke. Garnish with a couple cherries. This sweet treat is a perfect pick me up! It's also super simple and perfect for when you want a cocktail to sip or prepare when you have a guest coming over. It's a bit retro and hits the notes that always makes me think of being a little kid looking for a sweet treat and always reaching for a coke.
