Baltimore Plans make friends of us all

It's the city of love, Baltimore. It's about the working class falling in and out of love with work, cities, and everything else. This Baltimore highlight is here to remind you that good things can happen in a city that has a bad reputation. This week I'm highlighting this new fun and delicious Souvlaki restaurant in the Hampden area.

First things first, this Lavender Lemon Drop is a perfect pre dinner cocktail. It's beautifully balanced and has a lovely sugar rim. I don't usually go for a lemon drop though I make them, but this is a perfect pick me up. And I couldn't say no to the combination of lemon and lavender.

Second Thing: I'm a big beet lover. I love a good beet salad! Especially topped with feta and pistachios. This salad was exactly what I needed when I had a long weekend and wanting something a little healthy. Definitely suggest Souvlaki if you are looking for a bit of Greek food and some great cocktails. It's a very aesthetic place that is perfect for shots and a good date night spot or girlfriend meet up.
