Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 Sugar Cube
Top with Champagne
Garnish: Lemon Peel
Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour gin and lemon juice. In a flute glass place a sugar cube at the bottom. Shake the shaker until cold to the touch (ten to fifteen seconds). Strain into the flute glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon peel.
