A Classic Served up in a Classic Way

This Aperol Spritz cocktail is one of my favorites. It can be great when you want something light especially if you want to serve a group of guests and don't want everyone overly intoxicated.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Aperol

1/2 oz Orange Juice

Top with Champagne

Garnish: Orange Slice

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour aperol and orange juice. Shake until cold to the touch (about ten seconds). Strain into a champagne flute. Top with Champagne. Garnish with an orange slice.
