Time for Some Brunch: A Sunday in Spring

This Sunday, I'm remembering a great brunch. It's a fun one! This Elderflower Champagne cocktail is a great spritz.

Top with Champagne

6 basil leaves

1 oz lemon juice

1 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur

Garnish: Basil Leaves

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, muddle basil leaves. Add ice then lemon juice and elderflower liqueur. Close the shaker and shake for ten to fifteen seconds. Strain into a wine glass with ice. Garnish with basil leaves.
