This weekend I'm enjoying the last of the strawberry season. It's going to be a spring strawberry situation. I love fresh strawberries. This champagne cocktail is going to blow your mind! It's perfect for Sunday funday or a champagne brunch. I love to make this cocktail and then enjoy some sunshine or a movie marathon.

Champagne cocktail
Ingredients
2 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon juice
Four Strawberries
Top with Champagne (preferably blanc de blanc)
Garnish: Strawberry
Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, muddle strawberries (sliced semi thinly). If the strawberries aren't super sweet, you can use simple syrup to help with muddling. Add ice to the cocktail shaker then lemon juice and gin. Shake until cold and pour into a coupe glass. Top with champagne and garnish with a strawberry.
