Time for a Sweet Treat: Amaretto Edition

This Amaretto cocktail is a great cocktail for a little sweet treat. Sometimes you just need to treat yourself! Nothing wrong with a little treat.

Amaretto Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Amaretto

1 oz Lime Juice

Four Strawberries (Sliced)

1/2 oz to less Simple Syrup

Top with Sparkling Water

Garnish: Strawberry and Lime Wedge

PRO Tip: Keep the Bottle of Sparkling to make your drink less sweet or intense, you use it to taste so if you are serving guests let them decide!

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, muddle strawberry slices and simple syrup. Add ice and then pour lime juice and amaretto. Close and shake until cold (about fifteen seconds). Double strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with Sparkling Water. Garnish with a lime wedge and a strawberry!
