Spritzing on a Sunday: Gin Cocktail so easy to make you won't believe it

This gin spritz is one of my laziest drinks ever.

Gin Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Gin

1 oz Pink Lemon Juice

Top with Pamplemouse La Croix (about two to three ounces)

Garnish: Pink Lemon Wedge

Recipe

In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour gin and pink lemon juice. Close and shake until cold. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with Pamplemouse La Croix. Garnish with a pink lemon wedge.

Yeah, it's really that simple. The hardest part is getting some pink lemon. That takes a special grocery trip or you could choose a small tart regular lemon. You do what you can.
