She's Neon Pink and Not Mean

This Strawberry and Ginger Beer combo with a little bit of bourbon is perfect for the winter transition. It's pretty pink so it stands out among all the other cocktails and it's perfectly delicious.

Bourbon Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Bourbon

Four Strawberries (thinly sliced)

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

2 oz Ginger Beer

Garnish: Strawberry and Pink Glitter

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, muddle strawberry slices and simple syrup. Add ice then pour bourbon. Dash in a half teaspoon of edible pink glitter. Shake until cold. Double strain into a double old fashioned with a large ice cube. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a strawberry.
