Is it time for a champagne brunch?

There's nothing wrong with champagne in my mind. This week, I'm having a little champagne brunch! Time to celebrate the leap year or something.

Champagne Cocktail


Top with Brut Champagne

1 oz Blood Orange Juice

1 1/2 oz Aperol

Garnish: Blood Orange Peel

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour aperol and blood orange juice. Shake until cold. Pour into a coupe glass. Top with Brut Champagne. Enjoy with some bacon! Just like I do.
