I love a Champagne Sunday

This Limoncello Spritz is a perfect Sunday drink! Nothing like a champagne cocktail for a day full of brunch and prepping for the week, right?

Limoncello Spritz

Ingredients

2 oz Limoncello

3 oz Champagne

1 oz Club Soda

Garnish: Lemon Wheel

Recipe: In a wine glass with ice, pour limoncello, champagne and club soda. Stir. And drink as you like! This is a perfect wine spritz where you have a light drink and pairs great with all the brunch fare.

For the Limoncello, you can make your own (basically sit lemons in a bath of grain alcohol for a while) or you can buy your own!
