I have a little Thyme: Gin Cocktail

This thyme I mean it! Thyme adds a little fun flavor and interest to a classic gin cocktail. I switched up my typical gin gimlet by adding a little thyme. It adds another dimension to the gin and also makes a bit fancier for a pretty simple cocktail. Perfect for when you want to impress but you don't want to do that much.
