Grapefruit soda and a little champagne makes a romantic overture that is just chef's kiss. Adding a hint of lemon ups the ante with a hint of citrus.

Ingredients

Blanc de Blanc Champagne

2 oz Grapefruit Soda

1 oz Lemon Juice

Three dashes of Peychaud's Bitters

Sugar Cube

Recipe: In a champagne coupe, put sugar cube and dash bitters on top of it. Pour grapefruit soda. Squeeze lemon juice. Top with champagne.
