Ingredients

2 oz Aperol

1 oz Lemon Juice

Top with Champagne

Garnish: Lemon Peel



Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour aperol and lemon juice. Close and shake until cold. Strain into a wine glass with ice. Top with champagne.
