Champagne for the Pain

This Champagne cocktail is a little fancy and a little different for me. I want to mix the champagne cocktail ideas that I've created before and also improve them. This version of an aperol spritz plays with the sweetness of blood orange and the orange of Aperol. It's a sweet and delightful cocktail.

Ingredients

Top with Champagne

2 oz Aperol

1 oz Blood Orange Juice

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour aperol and blood orange juice. Shake and pour into a champagne flute. Top with Champagne.
