This weekend is for the girls! I'm having at home brunch day with a girly cocktail. Mix raspberries with lemon juice and gin and some bubbles.
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Four Raspberries
Top with Prosecco
Garnish: Raspberries
Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, muddle raspberries and simple syrup. Add ice then add gin and lemon juice. Shake until cold. Pour into a flute glass. Top with Prosecco and Garnish with Raspberries.
