A Refreshing Highball for the Summer to Fall Transition

A little whiskey goes a long way. This highball cocktail is my way to make something easy look cool and fancy. A mix of mint, lime juice, and green glitter adds something special! And it makes for the highball glass to make a perfect splash. Perfect for a day off or a happy hour for your whiskey fun.

Refreshed Highball

Whiskey Cocktail

Ingredients

2 1/2 oz Whiskey

1 oz Lime juice

6 to 9 mint leaves

Top with Sparkling water

Dash in edible green glitter

Garnish: Mint Leaves

Recipe

In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves and simple syrup. Add ice then pour whiskey. Dash in edible green glitter. Close and shake until cold to the touch. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with mint leaves.

It's sweet and refreshing! One of those drinks that you barely know what hit you. A perfect after work drink. It's not a lot of work but you get a lot of reward!
