A classic Margarita with a Strawberry Twist

Another day, another classic cocktail with a twist. This strawberry margarita is a great simple and pretty cocktail. I'm really loving this strawberry tequila. It's simple and pretty and adds an extra layer of flavor. Not too sweet and very pretty color!

Ingredients

2 1/2 oz Strawberry Tequila

1 oz Grand Marnier

2 oz Lime Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Garnish: Strawberry

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour all ingredients. Close and shake until the shaker is cold to the touch. Strain into a margarita glass with ice. The salt rim is optional but it's definitely a good choice for this cocktail. Salt opens up the fruit taste.
