A bit of Blood and A bit of Bourbon

This Blood Orange Old Fashioned is a perfect transitional fall cocktail. It's also a perfect middle of the week cocktail. Strong but not too much to overdo it.

Ingredients

2 oz Bourbon

1/2 oz Cointreau

1 oz Blood Orange Juice

3 dashes of Orange Bitters

Garnish: Large Ice Cube and Blood Orange Slice

Recipe: In a mixing glass, pour bourbon, cointreau, and blood orange juice. Stir quickly. In an old fashioned glass, muddle a blood orange slice, sugar cube, and bitters. Add the ice cube. Then pour from the mixing glass.
