5th Avenue Princess: A Martini for a Monday

This Monday I'm feeling a little martini time. I need a nice drink to have fun with and also to brighten up my days. Mondays have been so long and stressful for me as of late so I thought up this pretty pink cocktail to help me.

5th Avenue Princess

Vodka Martini

Ingredients

2 oz Vodka

1 oz Aperol Liqueur

1 oz Lemon Juice

1 oz Simple Syrup

4 dashes of Edible Pink Glitter

Garnish: Lemon Peel

Recipe

In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour all ingredients. Start with the vodka and aperol then go to lemon and simple. Last but not least the edible pink glitter. Close and shake until cold to the touch (about ten seconds). Strain into a martini or coupe glass. Garnsih with a lemon peel pulled into a twist.
