With a twist: Vodka Martini

A girl needs a good martini. This vodka cocktail balances out with grapefruit juice and lime juice. I love something that makes the vodka a little part of it. Sort of masks the alcohol.

Vodka Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Vodka

1 oz Cointreau

2 oz Grapefruit Juice

1/2 oz Lime Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Garnish: Grapefruit Peel

Recipe: In the cocktail shaker with ice, pour all ingredients. Close and shake until cold (about ten seconds). Strain into a martini glass or a coupe glass. Use the grapefruit peel to rim the glass and then twist it.
