Gin Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Gin

1 oz Elderflower Liqueur

1 oz Lime Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

4 dashes of edible green glitter

2 sprigs of rosemary (split in halves)

Garnish: Lime Wedge and rosemary sprig

Recipe

In a cocktail shaker, muddle rosemary and simple syrup. Add ice then pour gin, elderflower liqueur, and lime juice. Dash in edible green glitter. Close and shake until cold to the touch. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and rosemary sprig.
