Winter Martini: Gin Cocktail

In all this cold weather, there's nothing like a good martini. This winter martini gets elevated with a little rosemary and luxardo liqueur. I like that it has a mix of flavors and also is easy to create. Perfect to impress.

Ingredients

2 oz Gin

1 oz Luxardo Cherry Liqueur

1 oz Lime Juice

1 oz Simple Syrup

4 sprigs of Rosemary

Garnish: Lime Wedge and Rosemary sprig

Recipe

In a cocktail shaker, muddle rosemary with simple syrup. Add ice then pour lime juice, luxardo cherry liqueur, and gin. Close and shake until cold to the touch (about ten seconds). Double strain into a martini or coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and rosemary sprig.
