A little date night version of a Manhattan pulls the Vanilla bourbon and makes it fun to drink! I like the sweet and sour nature of this drink. It's not overwhelming. It's perfectly easy.

Vanilla Bourbon Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Vanilla Bourbon

1 oz All Spice Dram

1 oz Lime Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Garnish: Cherries and Lime Wedge

Recipe

In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour bourbon, allspice dram, lime juice, and simple syrup. Close and shake until cold to the touch. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with cherries and a lime wedge.
