The 13th? I thought it was Friday

Whenever a Friday the 13th comes around, I feel my toes twitch. It's a special spooky holiday that appears all of a sudden. And this time, this Friday the 13th is also my dad's birthday. So an extra special day! Today I'm making a little dark and spooky cocktail mixing cherry liqueur and Meyer lemon juice to make some delightful and beautiful. This cocktail is perfect if you want to switch up your romantic cocktail routine or you just want something fun for yourself.

Ingredients

2 oz Cherry Liqueur

1 oz Meyer Lemon juice

1/2 oz Frangelico Liqueur

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Garnish: Luxardo Cherry

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour all ingredients. Give it a nice shake! Pour into a chilled martini glass or coupe glass. The almond liqueur with the cherry liqueur makes for a nutty sweet combination. The Meyer lemon juice adds the perfect citrus level to do a perfect balance.
