Bourbon Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Bourbon

1/2 oz Cointreau

1 oz Pink Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

6 Raspberries (muddled)

Garnish: Pink Lemon Wedge and Raspberries

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries until they are broken up with simple syrup. Add ice. Then pour bourbon, pink lemon juice, and cointreau. Close and shake until cold to the touch (about five to ten seconds). Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge or slice and raspberries.
