2 oz Strawberry Tequila

1 oz Lemon juice

Splash of Simple Syrup

top with Topo Chico

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, pour tequila, simple syrup, and lemon juice with ice. Close and shake until the shaker is cold to the touch. Strain into a highball glass with ice.
