Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Top with Brut Champagne
Garnish: Lemon Peel
Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour gin, Campari, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake until cold (about fifteen seconds). Strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon peel.
