The last Mocktail in my rom com series celebrates Anne Hathaway. This pretty blue mocktail is a fun spirited drink that you can have any time.

Ingredients

1 oz Lime Juice

3 oz Limoncello Sparkling Water (Sweet lemon soda)

Half a teaspoon Edible Purple Glitter

Garnish: Lime Wedge

Recipe: In a highball glass with ice, pour lime juice. Dash in the purple glitter. Top with limoncello soda. Stir to spread the glitter and mix the two liquids. Stir as you drink and enjoy! This pretty blue cocktail is worthy of anyone. It's definitely something you could batch if you wanted for a party or just for a movie marathon. It's also a fun way to make something as simple as some sparkling water look and feel more elevated and fancy.
