This refreshing mocktail is perfect for a fall gathering. As we get closer to the holiday season, I like to have a few drink recipes that I can pull for when someone comes over and we are just relaxing. I like it to be something easy to make and applicable to a bunch of different people.

Minty Good Time
Mocktail

Ingredients
6 mint leaves
3 dashes of cinnamon
1 oz lime juice
1 oz Cane Simple Syrup
Dash of Edible Green Glitter
Top with Sparkling Water
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick and Lime Wedge

Recipe
In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves with cane simple syrup. Add ice. Squeeze the lime juice from one lime. Dash in cinnamon. Dash in edible green glitter. Close and shake until cold (about ten to fifteen seconds). Strain into a highball with ice. Top with sparkling water. Make sure to stir as you add the water to keep the drink balanced. Garnish with lime wedge and cinnamon stick.
To make it a cocktail, I would add a shot of whiskey. Whiskey works with all the flavors involved. You could also do vodka or gin. It wouldn't be as dramatic in flavor.
