Another week, another book I'm pushing myself to read! This week, I'm reading Anna Kendrick's memoir called Scrappy Little Nobody. I really like to break up my reading schedule by reading memoirs and nonfiction because it's reading someone's reality and truth. To me, I get a better understanding of the person and what they are like.
A cocktail just as Scrappy as me
bourbon Manhattan
Ingredients
2 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Blood orange juice
Garnish: Luxardo Cherry
Recipe: In a mixing glass, pour bourbon, blood orange juice, and sweet vermouth. Stir quickly. Then pour into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a luxardo cherry. This is a strong cocktail one that hits the impact while also providing a sweet treat.
