Gin Cocktail

Ingredients

1 1/2oz Gin

1/2oz Limoncello Liqueur

1 oz Pink Lemon Juice

Top with Sparkling Water

Garnish: Pink Lemon Wedge

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour gin, limoncello liqueur, and pink lemon juice. The balance of the sweet Limoncello with the tart pink lemon makes for an easy gin drink. Close the shaker and shake for about ten seconds (you want the shaker to be cold all the way round). Strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with sparkling water.

PRO Tip: I would get some glass straws. Not only is it better for the envrionment, it is also a chic way to serve. It makes your drink look fancier.
