Rose Spritz Refresh for Holiday Celebrations

I know a frozen cocktail sounds kinda insane in the middle of winter but trust me this is one you will not regret.

Ingredients

1/2 a bottle of Rose

2 cups of Lime Juice

Nine Watermelon Ice Cubes

Garnish: Lime Wedge

Recipe: For the watermelon ice cubes, cut watermelon into small chunks. Place in a plastic bag and lay flat in a freezer for at least 24 hours. For the cocktail, place the watermelon ice cubes then pour wine and lime juice in a blender. Blend until combined to an almost frothy consistency. You want it to look like a frozen smoothie.
