Peep infused vodka is one of my favorite things. I love to make vodka a little sugary and colorful for a fun holiday celebration. This week I'm sharing my peep infusion recipe as well as a few cocktails that you can use to celebrate Easter or literally to celebrate the fact that peeps were invented and we can enjoy the sugary high.
Recipe: When I infuse Peeps into vodka, I use the super easy trick. I grab a mason jar, a couple of peeps (max four), and pour vodka in the jar. It's a great trick to do this about six hours prior to cocktail hour and will last you about two days. You have to keep an eye on the dissolving peeps, the faster they dissolve the quicker the turnaround.
