Martini Monday has arrived once again. I'm still nursing my holiday hangover but I didn't want to be neglectful so I created a little simple sweet and savory combination with black raspberry and lime to help start the week in the right speed. This one is not for the faint of heart but is a perfect place for a catch up cocktail time with friends and/or family to discuss all the holiday tea.
Martini for Romance
Gin martini
Ingredients
Gin
Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
Lime juice
Simple Syrup
Garnish: Raspberries
Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, pour all ingredients with ice. Give it a nice shake then pour into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with raspberríes. This cocktail is a fancy martini which packs the flavor. It's not as strong as a traditional martini but it does still give great cocktail goddess.
