Italian Hearts: Gin Cocktail

This month is all about love. This is a pretty cocktail that is perfect for an at home date. I love a little gin and Aperol to create a bright drink.

Gin Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Gin

1 oz Lemon Juice

1 oz Aperol

1/2 oz orange liqueur

1 oz Simple Syrup

Dash of edible pink glitter

Garnish: Lemon Peel

Recipe

In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour all ingredients. Close and shake until cold to the touch (about ten seconds). Strain into a coupe glass with a lemon peel.
