Wine Spritz

Ingredients

3 oz Rose

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

Two Rosemary Sprigs

Four Mint Leaves

Top with Sparkling Water

Garnish: Rosemary Sprig and Mint Leaves

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves and rosemary sprig with a little simple syrup. Add ice then lemon juice and rose. Close and shake until cold to the touch (about ten seconds). Double Strain into a champagne flute or wine glass. Top with Sparkling Water. Garnish with mint leaves and a rosemary sprig.
