Gotta love a little whiskey

#WhiskeyWednesday, I love my whiskey. If you've been following this blog you know that I am sharing my truth when it comes to my love of bourbon. This week, I'm going Orange. I love orange and bourbon and this strong cocktail is calling my name and my hormones.

Sold on the Orange

Bourbon Old fashioned

Ingredients

2oz Four Roses Bourbon

1/2 oz Cointreau

1 oz Orange juice

One Sugar Cube

Garnish: Orange Slice

Recipe: Simply, build the old fashioned in a cocktail shaker or mixing glass. In your old fashioned glass, muddle sugar cube and orange bitters. In the shaker with ice, pour bourbon, cointreau, and orange juice. Stir. Place an ice cube in your old fashioned glass. Pour from your shaker/glass into your old fashioned glass over the ice cube. Garnish with an orange slice or orange peel.
