Gin Gimlets are a classic cocktail. I love a great gin gimlet especially as the weather gets a bit more warmer. It's a fun spring cocktail that makes life a little more warm and fun. I love to enjoy it outside and especially by the pool. I have created a couple of fun variations that you can enjoy the next time you want to think about spring time and spring party season.
