Frozen Irish Coffee: A Splendid Summer Drink

This past weekend I kept cool with a little booze. There's nothing like a frozen drink in the summer weather. It's easy to drink and fun to make!

Frozen Irish

Irish Coffee

Ingredients

2 oz Irish Whiskey

1 oz Baileys

1 oz Whole Milk

3 coffee ice cubes

Garnish: Whipped cream and Sprinkles

Recipe

In a ice cube tray, pour cold brew/cold coffee into the ice cubes. My choice was my large square ice cubes. Gave me a bunch of coffee and was easy to put in the blender. Let the ice cubes freeze about twelve hours.

Once the ice cubes are cold, you can make the cocktail! In a blender, place ice cubes. Pour irish whiskey, baileys, and milk. Close the blender and blend until combined (takes about twenty seconds). Pour into a highball glass. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
