Coffee After Hours: A wicked good dessert cocktail

This fall weather is especially delightful. It reminds me of all the delightful ways to mix flavors like all spice dram and cinnamon. Nothing beats a cozy cocktail on a chilly evening.

Recipe

In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour all ingredients. Close and shake until cold. Strain into a old fashioned glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Pro Tip

I did my shake with ice becuase I wanted my drink really cold. You can also do a dry shake with a cold shaker. This means you put your shaker into the freezer for a half an hour and then take it out to make your cocktail. This requires a bit of planning and having room in your freezer but can give you the same cold effect.
