Classic Bourbon Sour with a Wolcott Twist

This bourbon sour mixes in a little cinnamon for a fun twist. I like a good strong bourbon which is what I found with this bottle of Wolcott. Sometimes my family and friends surprise me with something different and it gives me a chance to try something new.

Classic and Strong: Classic Sour

Bourbon Sour

Ingredients

2 oz Wolcott Whiskey

1 oz Lemon Juice

1 oz Orange Liqueur

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

3 Dashes of Ground Cinnamon

Garnish: Two Maraschino Cherries

Recipe

In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour whiskey, lemon juice, simple, and orange liqueur. Dash in the ground cinnamon. Close and shake until cold to the touch (about ten to fifteen seconds). Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with cherries.
