Whenever I start to feel the chill of winter, I switch up my cocktail flavors to match. These cocktails will keep you warm and keep the party going!
Boozy Hot Chocolate
Six ounces of milk
Two spoons of Hot chocolate mix
1 1/2 ozs Kahlua
Garnish: mini marshmallows
Recipe: heat milk, pour into mug and mix with hot chocolate mix. Then add the kahlua. Stir. Top with mini marshmallows.
2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Frangelico liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon juice
Three dashes of Chocolate bitters
Garnish: luxardo cherry
Recipe: In a mixing glass, pour all ingredients. Stir until combined (20 seconds about). Pour into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a luxardo cherry.
Enter the Cinnaman
1 oz Ladder 49 cinnamon whiskey
1 oz Rumchata
Garnish: Graham cracker crust rim
Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour cinnamon whiskey and RumChata. For the graham cracker crust rim, crush two graham crackers until dusty pieces. Use a lime or lemon wedge to wet the outside of the glass. Then rim the glass by spinning the rim in the graham cracker crust.
Irish aren’t we
1 oz Irish whiskey
1 oz Baileys
4 oz irish breakfast tea
Optional splash of milk (or how much you like in your tea)
Recipe: Boil water and pour into a mug with Irish breakfast tea bag or leaves. Leave for at least three minutes. Then remove the tea bag, pour Irish whiskey and baileys into the tea. Stir then add desired amount of milk. Garnish with marshmallows.
2 oz Applejacks
1 oz Rumchata
Garnish: Apple slice and Graham cracker crumb rim
Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour all ingredients. Shake until cold. For the rim, wet a shot glass with a lemon or lime and dip into crushed graham cracker pieces. Pour from the cocktail shaker. Garnish with an apple slice. Enjoy chilled.
White cran martini
2 oz Gin
2 oz White cranberry juice
1 oz Ginger liqueur
Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour all ingredients. Shake until cold (about 20 seconds). Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with cranberries.
