A Strapping Strawberry Situation

This Strawberry Gin Fizz is a perfect Friday night drink. It's light for the summer but also comes with a great kick (perfect after a long week).

Strawberry Gin Fizz

Ingredients

2 oz Gin

1 oz Lime Juice

Three Strawberries (Sliced)

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Tiny spoon of Green glitter

Top with Sparkling Water

Garnish: Strawberry

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, muddle strawberry slices and simple syrup. Add ice, gin, and lime juice, and a sprinkle of green glitter. Shake until cold. Double Strain into an old fashioned glass with ice. Top with Sparkling Water. Garnish with a Strawberry.
