As a toast of the past holiday weekend and also the start of my switch to the Winter Holiday season, I wanted one last tribute to Apples. The last of my apple liqueur is in this cocktail and connects the flavors of the holidays and the coziness of the season.
Something about them apples
2 oz Apple Liqueur
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Apple Slice and Cinnamon Stick
Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour apple liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and angostura bitters. Give it a nice shake so it feels nice and cold. Then pour into a double old fashioned glass or tall glass with ice. Add the garnish. Serve chilled.
