A book and a little romance: a perfect solo evening. This time I'm reading the Beautiful and the Damned. Not the high pick of romance but I definitely lean to classics when I can.

Pickle Martini

Ingredients

2 oz Gin

1 oz Pickle Juice

Garnish: Pickle

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour gin and pickle juice. Close and shake until cold to the touch. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a pickle.
