Sweet Treat: A little Gin and Pink Lemon

This gin cocktail is a Sweet Treat. It's got all the girly markings with a little gin, pink lemon juice, and edible pink glitter. Sometimes I get in the mood to make something that is bright and pretty. This is the latest iteration.

Ingredients

2 oz Gin

1 oz Limoncello

1 oz Pink Lemon Juice

1 oz Cane Simple Syrup

Dash of Pink Glitter (I did about six dashes cause I'm extra)

Garnish: Pink Lemon Twist

Simple and Sweet: There's nothing like a good gin cocktail. I like this one to make me feel bright and light.

Recipe

In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour gin, limoncello, pink lemon juice, cane simple syrup, and dashes of edible pink glitter. Close and shake until cold to the touch. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a pink lemon twist.
