She's a Bombshell Cocktail

Movie night! This movie is another classic. Bombshell takes the story of old Hollywood and puts it out there. It's a cool masterpiece of learning and imagining the truth. I wanted to create a cool cocktail that elevates itself and also is perfectly refreshing. The mix of cucumber and lemon juice also makes the cocktail perfectly ready for spring.

Ingredients

Blanc de Blanc Champagne

1 1/2 oz Gin

1 oz Lemon Juice

Muddled cucumber slices (about four to six)

Garnish: Cucumber wedge

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker muddle cucumber slices (if your cuke isn't juicy add some simple syrup to muddle). Then add ice. Pour lemon juice and gin into the cocktail shaker. Give it a nice shake and pour into a champagne flute glass. Top with Blanc de Blanc (or any light champagne).
